Act on Anxiety Group:
A 10 week group for adults that takes you through the concepts of the mindfulness-based, Acceptance Commitment Therapy for anxiety, chronic worry and debilitating panic attacks.
Social Anxiety/Shyness for Adults Group:
A 10 week group for adults struggling with social fears that are robbing them of their life's goals, dreams, careers and relationships. While the onset of social anxiety and shyness usually begins early in life, it can continue on in adulthood.
Beyond Anxiety Group:
An ongoing group teaching the fundamentals of mindfulness, meditation, creative visualization, and neuropsychology. This group is for those who feel their creative desires or personal path for growth is being blocked by anxiety and self-doubt. You can connect and align with your creative self and access the ability to be both relaxed and attuned at the same time.
Groups offer a safe experience of shared commonality, and a sense of belonging and acceptance. Groups are especially helpful to those affected by panic attacks, chronic worry, or social anxiety.
